How to read this
Top to bottom is order, not time. The line down the left is the long chain: the longest road through the plan. Each card is one thing on it, and the card is as tall as it takes: a wave for a step, a wave of waiting for a yes, one row of testing for every person a feature has to work for.
Switch at the bottom between the plan as the GPT tells it and the plan as it goes, and watch the line stretch.
Press and hold a chip at the top, or a key in the Key sheet, to see what that number or word counts; a short tap keeps it lit. Tap any card for why it sits where it sits and the edge cases already known. Wishes have their own tab: each says what answers it, and when.
