How to read this

Press anything in the legend or the tiles at the top and hold it: the chart shows what that word or number means, and lets go when you do. A short tap keeps it lit until you tap again.

Left to right is order, not time. A wave is one round of waiting or one round of testing; nothing on this page says how long a wave takes, and that is deliberate. Dates move. The relationships don't.

Each lane is an owner. Clocks at the top belong to nobody and cannot be moved: the trash purge, the credits. Taylor's lane holds the wishes and the yeses only Taylor can give. Nick's lane is plumbing. The bottom lane is the two of them deciding or reviewing together.

A feature is never one pill. It is a bar with segments: build first, then one test-and-fix round for every person it has to work for, then one more for the model changing underneath it. The arcs above a bar are those rounds going back to the start. A rule that has to survive five mailboxes is six waves long, and nobody has to say so.

Every feature wants a small amber pill upstream of it in Taylor's lane: what good enough looks like, in Taylor's words. Without one the bar has no end and carries an . Taylor's own GPT already said as much, in the words on that pill.

Grey dashed bars in Taylor's lane are the next shiny thing, hung off the feature it would interrupt, with the waves it would add if taken now. Flip the creep rule on and watch the chain stretch. A grey pill with a strike is a branch that dies with a decision already leaning one way.

The switch at the top is the point of the page. As the GPT tells it: every yes is instant, every feature is one pill, nothing creeps, no clocks. As it goes: all of it on. The chain length in the first tile is the same plan under both.
